Dvb-s-2 Pilot

Hello gang,i just got my Azbox Ultra last thursday,What like to now is do i need to use the pilot setting when i scan with dvb-s-2 qpsk,I know that 8psk needs the pilot on or off during scanning. Another question,when i scan s-2 qpsk and s-2 8psk i notice the qpsk dvb all rescan back in,I thought azbox would only scan thoses s-2 signals in on there own.Thanks for help.

for the pilot settings, If your using the blind-scan then no the receiver will do it for you. If your doing a manual scan then you need to set the pilot manually.
