I am not familiar with BNC output signal, is there and F connector or RCA jack adapter to plug into TV?

No you would have to get a BNC to "F" adapter.

for video output you technically need a BNC to RCA adapter

it has 4 "F" connectors for Sat IN lnb connections (which is the standard on all STB's)
