DVI not working...

When I connect DVI to my TV, I get nothing on the TV.

On the component outputs, I see the STB give me a message that my DVI device is not responding to HDCP requests.

The DVI port is supposed to support HDCP, according to Sharp's manual.

any ideas?

what's the model number of your TV?

Sharp LC-45gx6u.

Too few units available to get help online. I think I mentioned on AVS, but I will post again there.

Have you tried turning the TV on, then the stb and vice versa?

yeah, nothing. I guess i could try the HDMI port.
