Remote Control not working

All of a sudden, my VOOM remote will only contorl my TV (Volume, on-off, mute, input). None of the Voom controls work, no matter how close I get to the Voom receiver. I changed the battteries yesterday. Any ideas on how to fix this or regarding what might be going on?

It is possible that your STB has locked up. Do a reboot: press and hold the power button on the front of the box for 6 seconds. Then release it and wait a few minutes to let the program guide load. Good luck!

Batteries are in fine. The remote will do the TV functions (on/off, mute, input) but no Voom receiver functions....

DCSam, you need to do a soft reboot of the stb like Ilya said.
