First time poster here. I called E* tonight to inquire about upgrading to the HD package. The first CSR I spoke with told me I would be getting a 622 and my dish would be changed out to a dish 1000. This would replace my current 625. She also explained that I would get HD for free for 6 months but would be charged the $6.00 per month rental fee. When I couldn't find my credit card to place the order I said I would have to call back. When I called back awhile later the second CSR said I would not be charged the rental fee because they were just replacing the 625 with a 622. Can anyone tell me what the real deal is? Seems like no one is on the same page at customer service. Thanks.
