The HD one on 4140 is working fine here but the SD one on 3740 isn't.

I understand from an affiliate that the SD formatted channel on 103w was to be discontinued. Affiliates were instructed to tune to the HD channel during the dual illumination period.

As of today May 10, 2017, doing a number of scans with microHD, nothing of DW coming in ;(
Getting zero signal on 103w TP 4140 V 30000.

Looks like I need to do some tweaking on my setup. (lots of other stuff coming in on 103w ....but no 4140 V 3000)

Did a re-scan and found Deutche Welle on 103w 4140 V 3000 as mentioned.

Is it an HD feed now? I know Lyngsat says it's DVB-S2 in MPEG4 on a different transponder now. No information on Deutsche Welle's website as it seems like it's "protected" information due to their silly agreements with Dish. I hope they never encrypt it.

I watch it a lot. It has better U.S. news than we do. At least you don't get a bunch of lies and rhetoric, just the straightforward news.
