EA Vs. Western Arc

I'm fuzzy on the whole EA, WA thing. I read a report that some channels on the EA were dropping audio. I am having a similar issue with my local FOX channel during the pro-bowl. I have a dish 1000 pointed at 119, 110, and 129. Is this a EA or Western Arc point? Also, I have a wing dish pointed at the 77, which, as of right now, is down. I get my HD locals on the 77. Is the 77 an EA or WA? Thanks.

With 77 out right now, the 129 sat is what I have to watch for my FOX station. Channel 11. WVAH Huntington, Charlston WV. Western Arc

I've noticed that Showtime HD on EA tends to drop audio at least once per show anytime I watch it. This is the digital audio from the optical out, I don't use the analog.

It's a bug that has been talked about. It's not just SHO.

Western Arc people got it made. They got stronger sats as my Eastern Arc seems to go out first on bad to moderate weather. Mainly 72.7 which goes out first.

I agree, although the signal may be lower on EA, weather should have the same effect on either arc.
