Early termination fee question

when my 2 year commitment started with D**august 2007) the early termination fee was 240. It has since increased. How does that effect me?

Increased to what? The last I heard it was $20 per month left on your contract (formerly $12).

If you don't leave it won't cost you anything.

If your contract was for #12/mo. that is what you need to pay. If your contract is the newer $20/mo. that is what you will pay. But as ClemSole said don't leave don't pay.
