The East Coast CBS HD picture has been very poor this past football season, and now into college basketball season. Is there not enough room on 61.5 for Dish Network to provide a full strength signal?

Who can I email at Dish Network to discuss this problem?

There is a problem with the land-line feed (fiber) that they have to replace. Best guess is that it will be done some time this summer.
