EHD Transfer menu 722k

How am I supposed to get into the transfer menu on the 722k? It seems to only come up if I use the help menu then cancel, but I have to do that a couple of times.

It's not very intuitive, and I was just curious to what I am supposed to press on my regular remote so I can program my harmony remote properly.

Press the DVR button then press 5. That's what works on my 622 with 6.4 remote.
