Employment question - dish vs direct?

I previously worked for dish network in salt lake city. I moved to florida and I am working for the cable company here, I am probably going to go back to slc but dont really want to work for dish network again so im looking at comcast and directv.

The reason I dont want to work for dish network is because there benefits are terrible and they are beyond rediculous with there "safety" rules. (hard hats and safety classes even inside peoples houses, threatening to fire you for EVERYTHING you do ect)

I just want to hear from any other directv employee and see how it is to work for them. (feel free to pm if you would like)
