No just "no info" for both channels.
So far Encore HD looks like a waste of bandwidth. (Had to say it before someone else did) Anyone know where they have HD listings for this channel?

I added it, and watched it for about 10 minutes (busy today, and didn't have time to watch move). A HD Video show was on where the guy & girl took off their clothes and "played" with each over. Awsome video! Also saw some clips that say they are HDTV on the left & right side of the screen, but actual image is 4x3. I guess it wasn't shot 16x9. The video camera shots look awsome, though. Also saw some close-up action.

Just got PlayboyHD after 1hour hold on 800.get.voom, here are my initial opinions.
1)This isn't like Playboy Magazine the TV Channel. This is Hustler the TV Channel. Much like liquor, pornography is best experienced after 5pm.
2)So far, consists of clips from non-HD produced movies. Movies have pillar boxes on sides naming title and saying "High Definition." When clips begin, you get MTV style credits in bottom left corner of screen. I guess it is important to credit the right people who are using fake names.
3)In between, studio show produced in HD with man and woman. Very nice picture. Not sure what resolution is, but definitely 720p/1080i. The gentleman has some tattoos and piercings, and the woman is certainly no lady. They take call from people about the day's particular theme. Today's theme is role-playing. See, there is something here for husbands AND wives.
4)You know how photographers say lighting isn't always your friend? Well, neither is HD resolution. To be more descriptive, well, would be in even poorer taste than the rest of this post.
5)Playboy apparently will air original programming at night. Such programming is supposed to be produced in HD.
Initial thoughts: More extreme than Skinamax. I am no prude, but I don't think this is legal in Utah.

I have been waiting over 20 minutes on the phone trying to subscribe to Playboy-HD.

I called and ordered Playboy, but they said mine will not be turned on until 4/1. That is when all my programming goes through, because of being an early adopter. Has any other early adopters been able to subscribe now ? My VOOM plus my one plus pack and Playboy will not come on until 4/1. Seems strange, but I guess that is the way it works.

Yeah, a little disappointing, but they told me my subscribed programming will not hit my box until 4/1. Right now I am still getting all the other channels except for Playboy. Starting 4/1 I get only one plus pack set of channels and Playboy. She kept trying to get Playboy to come in now, but she told me that I would have to wait until 4/1. It says pending by Playboy on my VOOM account status on their website.
I am watching one of my favorite movies on Encore-HD..... I Am Sam...
Looks really good to me. I dont subscribe to any of the VOOM premiums so maybe this is a "another" fluke on VOOM's part... this one seems to work in favor of the customers though.
Anyhow, I will enjoy my freeview while it lasts.... and as soon as I can confirm whether or not Encore will have a sufficient HD Lineup, I will swap out my Cablevision Starz package for the VOOM starz package....
since I dont have On Demand for Starz

Anyhow, I will enjoy my freeview while it lasts.... and as soon as I can confirm whether or not Encore will have a sufficient HD Lineup, I will swap out my Cablevision Starz package for the VOOM starz package....

I can't agree more with that. When I check my account online it says disconnect pending for my current channel packages and installation pending under my new channels including Playboy. They claim it will not go into effect until 4/1. She actually tried to put it through now, but she said the box is not scheduled to be hit until 4/1.
