Equipment to Broadcast from ip to c-band

New to the forum and would like input. I am looking for resources on how to broadcast television from internet based tv channel to c-band system. Looking to find out what equipment is needed and the configuration, FCC guidelines, etc.

Are you talking about UPLINKING your own channel to satellite, or simply integrating web tv sources into your houses local network?

If uplinking, you contract with a company that does that, and it's outragiously expensive.
