ESPN-HD is coming to Time Warner Cable's HD tier. It is already up on some systems, check with your local office for availablity. In a landmark contract TWC has decided to charge its subscribers for the feed, in its HD tier, unlike all of its other "HD double channels" [TNT-HD, Discovery HD Theater, ect.] which it aleady purchases in the analog format and provides free to all basic or above digital cable subscribers.

My best friend has TWC in South Carolina and said this channel came up Saturday for him. It was the one channel he was really missing since he's a sports freak. :) Nothing wrong with that of course. :D

"HDTV talk" is the name of this forum, I can't see where it says satellite only. I'm just reporting the late braking news.
