Most of us are familiar with ESPN NBA doubleheaders, but they are doing something new: a TRIPLEHEADER!!

The regular-season schedule will start with a NBA Wednesday tripleheader October 29, at 5:30, 8 and 10:30 p.m.

If this is indeed the NBA's opening night (not just ESPN's), I could see it going something like this:

5:30- Orlando @ Boston
8:00- Detroit @ Cleveland
10:30- Lakers @ Portland

I know it's a wednesday, but would it have killed them to put the games on a LITTLE earlier? Or, another idea, put the opening day on a weekend?
