Anyone else notice signal degradation on this channel? G15/5 and analog C-SPAN channels seem ok.

I can see it on G17 (91W) digital and dont see any issues with the picture

Yeah, I don't have a digital receiver, yet. The issue seems to have resolved itself. To be honest, I'm pretty surprised the feed is still there.

the religious channels I think will stay as long as possible. There are lots of little cable companies that get those feeds for the religious/shopping channels via analog.
