Factory XM will not change channels

I have a factory XM in a Gm vehicle. When I bought the vehicle I installed the Sirius module because I like it better. Now that the two have merged I want to reconnect the XM module. I get a signal, but for some reason I cannot change the channels.
Any suggestions??

Subscribe to XM? What you're describing is the behavior of an unsubbed radio.

Yep you're right Jay. XM and Sirius may have merged but they are still handled as 2 subs.
