FBN on now..is it premium?

My TivoHD said we now have FBN (Fox Business News). I get a black screen, is it a premium station, like Bloomberg fulltime is?

Fox Business Network on comcast comes with Digitial Cable.

ok, i get a blank screen on it and i have digital premier on 2 tivo hd

probably needs a tivo reboot to get the new channel
