Computer system not up to date with current policy.Retention agent with the direct line to the back end and God powers was able to get it done. They removed one H3, added J4, added H3 back in. Two H3s on an account wrecks the ability to add more receivers. Crazy
Two H3s and a Joey 4 are now online and working as expected, except for the insufficient d/l speed error.
