FFMPEG.dll file missing

When I`m trying to install skype on my pc I get an error message " missing ffmpeg.dll" and unable to install.
Can anyone help me to how do I find and install the missing .dll file?

Obtain a fresh copy from a reputable source Download Skype | Free calls | Chat app and try again.

The ffmpeg.dll file is part of an open source tool by the same name but it should be included in the Skype package.
