The Cuban Tele Rebelde on Hispasat will carry every game as it has been usual from the last 20 years. Lets hope they use the original audio from a Spanish speaking broadcaster instead of the usual two cuban commentators. Last time I think they even used another cuban channel to simulcast another game that was scheduled at the same time.
Univision will carry them as well. CBC in canada (not recommended unless you only speak english) and more likely one of the Uruguayan mux on Hispasat as well. RTS from ecuador and one of the Nicaraguan channels at 55W will likely carry them but I have lost signal recently due to leaves on the tree so I can not confirm.

Univisión will have most of the games this world cup, at least they have in their schedule ALL the games (well, them and their channel Telefutura).
With luck you could even watch it in HD If you have HD and hopefully the Univisión HD channels in C band still are around.

mikhel those channels are on test and i am almost 100% sure will be encrypted by june 11 like the rest of the univision channels on the same TP are now. but heck one can only hope eh?. I will be watching/recording those in HD rather than any other english speaking channel, nothing against english or anything but it just does not feel the same. I acctually like best the way Argenteneans commentators do the soccer games IMO even better than comentators from Spain or any other country. Brasil the exception at least it sound more exiting to my ears but I do not understand portuguese properly so......
Yup, the guys from Univision (i think mostly argentinians or at least southamerican) really put a lot of 'heart' in their narrative, i would not recommend the narration in neither Televisa (that Bermúdez guy is awful) nor Azteca (they will have Jorge Campos, an ex player who speaks inentelligibly).
Hopefully those channels stay so i can too view the games, I don't like soccer too much (like most of people in the part of México where i live) but i do like to watch BIG teams like Germany, Spain, Brazil, Argentina go at it with everything, events like the World Cup are really a treat.
Here it is the official schedule for México:
~~~> The Televisa games probably will be broadcasted in channel 12 from Tijuana at SatMex 5 Ku and feeds at 99ºW C/Ku and 121ºW C (both channels have a contract with Galaxy's owners).
~~~> The Azteca games will be in SD and HD at 113ºW C, HD at 121º C, SD at 93ºW Ku (with feeds both in SD and Ku).
~~~> TDN (short for Televisa Deportes Network, i don't know why the mixed spanish/english LOL) it's broadcasted only via Cable and Sky.

I'm trying to get ahold of the schedules for Paraguay channels at 113.3ºW C (SatMex 6) and Honduras' channels at 116.8ºW C (SatMex 5), from my early calculations we won't be able to get only a few games:
