Finally up and running!

Well that was quite an ordeal, but I'm finally in business.

I got a competent installer finally... even got the general manager of this installation company and I got installed.

Even tonight it was a challenge.... only the direct sales department could find my account and no one else could even find it.

Finally got a customer service person that did find the account... but it showed up as being canceled on January 11th?!? I never canceled it.. which makes me think that the dealer I bought it from must have canceled it themselves and took my money and ran. (since i never got a penny back from the 'cancellation'

The installers who were cool as hell wouldn't take no for an answer and called.. and got disconnected a few times while being transferred... They were here until almost 11:00 PM and not even in their actual normal region that they work.

They finally got Direc Tv to agree to 'rebuild' my account and I am now watching High Definition glory.

Total time to installation.. nearly two months.

Total installers that were involved during the process... four.

It's now all worth it though
