Fired from dish.

I hope they do intend on ending the foreign call centers. I HATE trying to talk to them . I can't understand anything they say and they always have American names like Bob and Susan. RIGHT! IF I really want an American I can understand I will go to the tech department and apologize to them because I have to do this to get an English speaking person I can understand.
 
Honestly, I prefer to speak with an American but really as long as they know what they are talking about I wouldn't have an issue. The problem is so many of these CSRs, whether or not they are in India, the US or wherever, don't know their ass from a whole in the ground! You have to jump through all these hoops, escalate your call or even threaten to cancel to get a simple issue resolved. It is just rediculous!!!
