I'm curious what response you get. They usually do respond within 24-48 hours.

They used to be real good, I haven't had to report anything in a while.

Call me crazy - but this has been happening since I signed up 2 weeks ago off and on. Now today, I send an email earlier to that mailbox - now there isn't anymore white lines in the screen.

Could they have found and fixed something?
 
yes, and you'll probably get a reply soon from them.

I got my reply back today from DISH stating that they HAVE CONFIRMED what I was pointing out! Damn - i'm a naive new subscriber - but that's some good customer service!

they can't be watching all the channels all the time, and we (the subscribers) are sometimes aware of things that they're not.

Dear Matt:

We have just received words from our engineers that they have isolated the problem and fixed it. Thank you for your information. We truly appreciate it.
