Fortec 6" dish vs. 100cm. dish

How much difference would a 6" fortec dish 45.54 db make as opposed to a 100 cm. dish 41.02 db make when looking at Amc9. I am thinking of putting up a new dish.

To answer your question, the 6' dish would provide more than twice the signal to your receiver over the 100cm dish.

Every 3db increase is double the power/signal and every 3db less is half the power/signal.

Supposedly the 6 FOOT (180 cm)would be better that the 39"(100 cm). From all I have read the focal point (which some have said is harder to set on the 6') needs to be correct and the LNB has to match the type of the dish, Offset or Prime Focus. If you are wanting C band, the 6 foot is nec'y. My biggest, in operation, is a 1M for recording on G19.
