FREE 72 Local Swap?

Any body have any idea what this letter I received is? It mentions that my locals may not be view on my existing equipment if I dont call and do this "swap". I have 2 D12's, HR-21 and H-21. I have the Slim-Line 5 dish. Do I lose locals if I do nothing?

It means they are getting ready to shut off your locals on the 72.5 (2nd dish) bird. You already are getting the replacements in MPEG4 on the slimline as well.
They will actually ONLY replace the 2 D12's with new H2x boxes - the others will continue to work fine as is.
