Freeway Support ?

Does anyone know what's with freeway Support? Yesterday I lost all my HD progrmming, because I don't have a new smart card. Two calls, with a promises of a call back, produced no results. Today I get nothing, when I try to call. No answer. No answering machine. Are they going out of business? What??

Disregard! They finally answered the phone at 9:20 PDT. Short story, they blame it on BEV not sending the new card. Supposed to have a new card by next Friday. I'm about at the point, that I don't care if it's BEV or Freeway; but I have to have the new card, before I can sell the damn thing.
