Freeze framing

My father has Voom and it keeps freezing(picture keeps breaking) while he holds a consistant 95 signal strength. It started doing this about 2 or 3 days ago. Right after he downloaded the updates but I don't know if that would have anything to do with it.

Have you reset the box yet? Most stb's need a reset after receiving new firmware. Hold in the power button for about 5 seconds while the unit is on then let go, it will reboot itself just like a computer. If it still happens after that, report back and we'll get you a sledgehammer.
