FTA Uploads and Downloads Working Again!

After 5 days of work I finally got the FTA Uploads and Downloads working again.

I am not a coder by any means so it took me awhile to decode the PHP and fix the issues.

No idea. Nothing was touched it just went bonkers on its own. Iceberg alerted me of the issue on Saturday.
