FTV HD 3D

While I'm happy to see 3D make it's way to FTA, I'm not ready for it. Anybody watching 3D on a PC? Or anything yet? Was wondering how it looked. Doesn't look good on 2D display fer sure. 55.0W 3695,V,8888

What exactly does it look like? Two squished pictures side by side or top and bottom?

When I run into such a feed, I use the Etymonix Softreel decoder with my Profs 7500. One of the options is to "see" only one screen . Then it looks normal .

Has anyone been able to get this 3D feed on a 6 footer? I'm really trying to get this coverage recorded.

As for viewing without a 3DTV, PC 3D software is probably the best solution. Stereoscopic Player from 3DTV.AT is probably the most widely used solution. It allows viewing of either right eye or left eye images in 2D, in addition to multiple 3D viewing choices.
