The Ukrainian channel sure comes and goes a lot. I can't imagine that it's costing them that much to get it over here, since it's MPEG4 and only 320x480. (At least that's what VLC said it was the last time I checked -- I wonder if it's actually 320x240p instead of 320x480i.)
