Sorry, I jumped the gun on a couple of stations. Ahlulbayt and Christ TV corrected their technical difficulties and are back on the air. This will be reflected in the next update. There are a few stations with black screens at the moment, but I'm hoping this is only temporary: Benin has been dark for a few days now. Also worthy of note is that Punch TV seems to have left 95W and is back on 97W (right now this scans as "Service 7 TV" if you're having trouble locating it).
Looks like ORTB was also out for maintenance. Right now they have a logo slate up with a ticking clock in the corner - 3:44 AM Local as I post this.
Personally, I'd rather see a fancy test pattern during off time, but that's just me.
