I have compiled an easy step by step instructions for our customers who use the GeosatPro DSR100C or DVR1100C to receive / search channels on Galaxy 19 KU (97W).

A few other basic answers to often asked questions.

• If the time is set to automatic, the receiver time is set only by Galaxy 19 / TP 12115. Otherwise, the time is set manually.
  
• The DVR1100c and the DSR100c are the only FTA receivers in North America that can update the factory firmware by satellite. Simply connect to a dish aimed at Galaxy 19 and select "Update Now" in the OTA menu. It is recommended to perform a factory reset after updating the firmware. (Firmware updating will erase all custom menu settings and channel lists.)
