According to Gas Buddy, our local Gulf station is still $3.08 here in upstate NY.

Still $3.099 here. The price hasn't changed for nine days where it has gone up 14 cents for you.
I add that the Oregon gas tax went up two cents on January 1st.

Still $3.099 here but I'm not filled with optimism as other's prices seem to be working their way up (though not with the afterburners that you're prices are engaging).
Yikes! I paid $3.499 for premium yesterday. Regular is still $3.099.
Redwood City, CA (where my sister shops) is $4.199 where it used to be the same price you paid. Do you have some sort of local gas tax?
There are so many federal, state, and local taxes in California I can't keep up with all of them.
$3.08 at the Allsups on outskirts, going to town in a little while to see what damages are there...
