Bump-Bump-Bump!!!
Bumpity-Bump!!!!!

Helllooooooooo....

Is anybody out theeeerrrrrrrreeeee????

Has this idea been killed or is it just Waaaaaayyy on the back-burner?

Still have a need, as I have a 3-meter dish & Corotor II w/ C & Ku LNBs.

:)

There is only a minuscule market for this. Not currently commercially viable.

How many people still have the polarotors and of those people, how many actually NEED a different way to switch them?

This is about as viable as a new H-H motor and mount for the BUDs.

Sent from my Timex Sinclair using SatelliteGuys

Bad economic times killed it, I think.
All these years later, I see even less interest / use than back in 2009.

On the forum, there have been a few threads where members have built up little PC boards with the servo control for V/H from LNB voltage, using a 1-chip micro controller to pulse the servo.
Search the forum, if ya like.

No one has linked the dish position to specific servo settings, a feature the V4000 might have accomplished.
Oh, and if you're looking for just a position controller, the best is still the Gbox v3000 (see my signature).

I might suggest we provide links to some of the follow-on projects, and then close this thread...
