general question...

Someone at work asked me this question, told them im not into hacking, but will post on a board were I know will get the correct answer. My co-worked signed up for direct and wanted to know, if he gets a 3rd receiver, activates it, and then installs dish at parents house and bring the 3rd reciever over, will it work? I thought maybe yes, but didnt know? Figured their might be a conflict if their reciver was on and the one at parents was on as well. I told him no, it prob would not work...thoughts??

yes it will work but do not plug the unit in to the phone line!!!

Thanks...Im going to tell him it will not work, and just pay for the service, its cheeper than comcast cable....
