Genie and client slow?

My genie was decent when I first got it and the client was slow. Now both are slow. Is there a way to solve this?

I think the DTV folks agree with me that the Genie system (HR34 + C31(s)) is work-in-progress. I've hit situations with mine where the response time gets slower and slower with the HR34 and, as a consequence, with the clients. Once in a while I need to do a power down, not just a red button reset, to return to normal.
