I thought that this link may be able to help a few people. One of Consumerist's older posts with some info on getting the guy with the crazy mustache's office was very helpful for me when I was charged an ETF fee incorrectly the first time I had DirecTv a few years back

That link is from 2007. Crazy mustache guy doesn't work here any more, he went back to his old job at News Corp.

As stated above I used the link to the mustache guy a few years back.. The link above is a new link with new contact info...

I definitely would save using this contact info as a last resort after all other options have been exhausted..
