getting HD next week - couple of questions

So I'm making the switch to HD. I currently have one 522 in the living room and I want to keep a dual tuner DVR but also add a single HD tuner (non-dvr) receiver for upstairs. The Dish has a dual lnb with both cables running into the 522.

- Will the installer need to run additional cables from outside to accommodate the new receiver?
- Will the installer run a cable up through the wall to the upstairs receiver or should I have that ready?
- Is it only new customers that get the 922? I really only want the 722 anyway because I don't need or want to pay extra for the sling feature.

The 922 is about a 200 dollar upgrade for existing customers, plus a 4 dollar a month fee over your current dvr fee. I would stick with the 722 and add a sling adapter, no monthly fee, the added single tuner rec non dvr (7 dollars a month) does need its own line from the dish to the location, the dish will need to be upgraded as well.
