Getting Telestar5 at Zip 38868

I need some help, here, Ok I have a Pansat 2700a, My wife is Vietnamese,
So from what I read I need Telestar5, Where is it, What is my dish setting for my zip, Elavation, Azmith, etc? Any and all help do I need a special dish,??/Thanks
