Go to Live TV

OK....here is probably an easy question but I cannot find the answer.

I have an HR22 DVR. If I pause a program, how do I get back to live TV without having to fast forward the whole way? Is there a button I can push to hop to live tv?

I came from Dish Network which has a "Live TV" button which I found very handy.

you could hold the Fast Forward button down a few seconds and it will skip to the end, or just hit Prev Channel twice.

If watching a recording, just press the Exit button.

Press and hold the skip forward button ( ->| ) for a second or two.

Depends on how long you are on pause. Works real nice on football games when you go back to look at a play a couple of times. Just a lot more convienent.
