Just wanted to write you all and let you know about a good experience I had yesterday with a CSA. A couple of weeks ago I received in my mailbox a D* newsletter. In the newsletter they said that you could get the HD extra pack for free for 3 months. So I signed up for it on line. Then I called to verify that I was getting it for free. I was told yes. Then the other day I get my bill on line and I am charged the $4.99 for the HD extra pack. So yesterday I get on the phone and talk to a CSA, he give $10 credit for 6 months. I thought that this was pretty good. Also I talked to him about new HD channels and he told me that there was nothing coming until close to the new year. What that means I don't know.

I believe you meant CSR for Customer Service Representative.
Well, it is December so we may get a another HD channel before the end of the year. One that is definite (which may not count), is that the combined VS/Golf HD channel is separating tomorrow.
