Considering that Logitech and Google didn't just drop the ball on Google TV, but kicked it down the street, this should turn out better.

Har har har. Okay, but from a technical standpoint, the Vizio/New Sony units have a better processor in them compared to the Atom-based Logitech box. From what I can tell, the Sony and Vizio specs are pretty much the same. The Vizio is missing some ports and they also customized the GoogleTV experience by putting their own skin on it. Kinda like how Samsung and HTC do their own thing with the OS compared to a Google Nexus device.
