I have been dealing with this person over a period of time because I am looking to coming back to voom and they seem to able to get info I haven't read on here , not that it has come to be as of yet but I will see if some of it comes true in the next two weeks for sure but I am not going to say what it is just because I am not 100% comfortable with the reliability but they do seems to be truthful and they are really working with me to get me back as a costumer and what I mean by that is going out of there way. Lets hope they are wrong ,I really want a DVR not long after I come back.
