guide problem

Starting last Friday some of the shows I normally record (for example, the second showing in a single night) have been wrong - the guide says one thing but the show is something else.

I checked my "search for programs to record" function on Sunday night and had a notice at the bottom that said something about the satellite recieving new guide info. - will be available within 24 hours.

Well, it's Wednesday morning and that notice is still there, and I'm still recording the shows I don't want.

Any ideas as to what this could be?

It sounds like the guide may have locked up. Try resetting the dvr. It will start reloading the guide and may resolve the issue.

The message no longer appears, but only time will tell if the guide is correct.

My guide seems to be incorrect for FOXE by 2 hours or so. It appears to have been incorrect for a few days now (maybe longer before I caught on.) Anybody have a clue what the deal may be?

FYI, I had some sort of a "DVR update" last night around 3:30 am...no idea what that was and I lost power earlier today so the DVR has been reset.
