H20 question

Since Im stuck with this crappy service till March I have a question about my fourth replacement H2X. Since the software upgrade about two months ago the guide and onscreen menues are all slow and sluggish. Going into the guide is so slow now that I get a gray screen before it breaks loose and goes to the blue background and guide information. Has anyone else noticed this or do I need to replace yet another boat anchor so I can try and enjoy the shows?:rant:

Try a reset first ...
Menu, Set Up, System Set Up, Reset, Restart Recvr, check mark in the box.
