H23-600 / Sat Signal Strengths

I'm in the Northeast (Mass) & would like to know if my signal strengths look the best they could be, Normally they are:
101 is 92-94%, 110 is 98%, 119 is 100%, 99a is 89%, 103a is 100%, 103b is 90%

In a recent heavy rain the 99a & the 103b dropped to 40-45%, but the picture did not go out, maybe I was on a different sat.

I read here something about setting the dish to the highest level on the 99 & 103 but can't seem to find that info now.

For those readings AND if in a recent heavy rain the 99a & the 103b dropped to 40-45%, but the picture did not go out, I would leave it alone; you are fine.
