Has DTV fixed the reboot problem on HR34's?

Former customer that was fed up with rebooting the H 34 because I couldnt get the mini recievers to work without a reboot every day. Does anyone know if this is fixed yet? They kept telling me it was a software problem......
Im also seeing that there is a new model but there is still a chance that you could get stuck with the older 34.

Any help is appreciated as I would like to come back but I dont want the typical phone sale run around. I know I can get a straight answer here.

The HR44 has been out for nearly two years, so it's not new, but it's the newest.
If you have a tech deliver it for you, there's a good chance he will have one on the truck, and you can request that model from him. If he doesn't have it, then reschedule. You can only do that a couple of times though, before they won't come out. Then you are at the mercy of whatever is first available at the local warehouse.
