Have AZBox problem - need some help.

We had a short power interruption and since then I can not get satellite reception.
I have tried REBOOT and shutting off the power switch, but I cannot get
satellite reception. The unit reboots and shows 'YOUTUBE'. I do not use
YOUTUBE, never have and do not have any internet connection to the unit,
and never have.
I referred to the QuickSetup Guide and tried to follow it.
I go to 'Setup'
Then I go to 'TV Channel'
But there is no 'DVB-S' to choose.
Instead I get:
· IP Channel
· Always start in TV mode [ ON ]

My Firmware Version:
0.9.5020 AZBox Ultra HD

If you have any experience or suggestions for a remedy, please let me know.

if you have hardware accelleration turned "on".. turn it "off"... then reboot

if that doesnt work a data reset will probably fix it, but that factory defaults your box, so you have to re-edit sats/ tps... unless you already have a backup list saved.

Thanks for the response. I had unplugged the unit over a day ago, and when I plugged it back up, it comes up with satellite reception and all channels, just as it was before. I have no idea why!!! I checked the hardware acceleration and it is 'ON'. I think I will do an up-to-date backup today...

ok cool, but turn "off" hardware acceleration... it will save you a headache...
