Have Fios but want OTA in kitchen so I don't need a box

Hi I have Verizon Fios but in my kitchen I have a small under the counter TV and just need local channels 2,4,7, etc for when my wife cooks she likes to watch the news. I don't want to get another box. What is my best bet and I do not want to but an antenna on my roof. I have an attic. Thanks

The best option is to post your tvfool report

It will give the info about how strong the stations are, how close they are to you, etc and would help us help you make a good decision.

If your TV has a QAM tuner then you can get the locals on FIOS without a tuner box.
